D4I, in partnership with CSR, conducted an impact evaluation of the USAID- and PEPFAR-funded Malawi Secondary Education Expansion for Development (SEED) activity. Research Fellow Tawonga Mwase-Vuma, in collaboration with other colleagues at CSR, played a crucial role in the baseline and midline evaluations, carried out by @Data for Impact and CSR to assess the initiative's impact on secondary education in Malawi.
