The College of Medicine in collaboration with the Centre for Social Research , conducted a study on examining the impact of the activities funded by the global fund for HIV/AIDS on workload for facility staff, management of drugs,medical suplies and laboratories, the level of intergration in the delivery of health services and the gender and geographical equity in delivery of HIV/AIDS services. In addition to interviewing staff at various facilities that were sampled , also aimed at collecting information on numbers of clients for ART, HTC and PMTCT since the start of our study in 2006 and then in 2007 and 2008 . This was very scanty with missing values in most cells.
