Impact Evaluation of Irrigation Development in Malawi

To provide credible estimates of the effects of the irrigation interventions on beneficiary communities and households and to assess if the interventions worked and continue to as expected and to assess factors that explain the findings on the effects so as to drive lessons and recommendations for AfDB and partners including the ministry of agriculture,livestock and irrigation development.
